Coaching Terms of Service

1. Definitions

“Coaching” means a coaching package designed and delivered by Joseph Gelfer.

“Buyer” means an individual who purchases Coaching.

“Affiliate” means a person who has applied to the Joseph Gelfer Coaching affiliate program to earn a commission on referrals.

2. Refunds

Refunds on Coaching registrations will be issued when a request from Buyer is issued to Joseph Gelfer.

The full registration fee will be refunded less a 15% administrative fee and any commissions already paid to referring Affiliate.

No refunds will be issued less than seven days before the Coaching session(s) has started.

Coaching sessions(s) can be deferred to a future time when a request from Buyer is issued to Joseph Gelfer with at least 24 hours notice.

3. Affiliate Payments and Commissions

All Affiliate applications are subject to approval by Joseph Gelfer and can be cancelled at his discretion without notice.

Joseph Gelfer will pay Affiliate a commission of 20% of the total amount collected on referrals originating from the Affiliate Link.

Affiliate shall be paid by PayPal to an email address specified by the Affiliate for this purpose. Joseph Gelfer reserves the right to make payments using other standard payment forms. All Commissions earned during a monthly period will be paid out on approximately the last day of the subsequent month. Joseph Gelfer reserves the right to delay issuance of payments until the balance owed Affiliate reaches $100.00. Although the Affiliate Program is not limited to the United States, all payments will be made in U.S. dollars. Affiliate will not be paid for its own orders of Coaching.

4. Affiliate Link

Affiliate will be issued an Affiliate Link, or unique URL, which allows Joseph Gelfer to identify visitors originating from Affiliate. These visitors are tracked with this unique URL and sales are recorded with the Affiliate ID. To receive Commissions, Affiliate must use the provided Affiliate Link. The URL may be in various forms such as a banner, image, or text link.

Affiliate is solely responsible for insuring that its Affiliate Link is set up properly to qualify for Commissions.

5. Sending Unsolicited Email or Spam

Affiliate agrees to not send unsolicited mail or SPAM mail to promote Joseph Gelfer Coaching. This action will result in immediate termination of the Affiliate account with a cancellation of any pending Commissions.

6. Disclaimer

Joseph Gelfer will make every reasonable effort to deliver Coaching in the way described to Buyer and to track and pay Commissions for all sales that apply to Affiliate. However, Joseph Gelfer is not responsible for technical problems, acts by third parties, or other events outside his reasonable control which may disrupt or diminish this service.

7. Limitation of Liability

Joseph Gelfer makes no warranties to you of any kind, expressed or implied, with respect to Coaching. Joseph Gelfer expressly disclaims any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness of this service for a particular purpose. Joseph Gelfer shall not be liable for any damages suffered by you, whether indirect, special, incidental, exemplary, or consequential.

Affiliate understands that Affiliate tracking can never be 100% accurate and Joseph Gelfer is not responsible for inaccuracies that might occur. Tracking of Affiliate sales depend on several factors which are out of the control of Joseph Gelfer.
